Queue Master is a product for use within retail, commercial, leisure and other premises to assist social distancing following the Covid-19 pandemic. The product consists of a single Queue Control Device (QCD) coupled with multiple Footfall Devices (FD) that will detect customers approaching, entering and exiting the premises and regulate the number of customers within the premises to safe levels

Designer Systems developed the hardware and embedded software which includes the following features:

  • Low power WiFi Xtensa LX6 dual core multi-processor system utilising WiFi-mesh 802.11b/g/n multi-FD unit communication.
  • Lithium-Polymer rechargeable batteries providing 15 hours of operation time without external power.
  • Waterproof speaker audio system for MP3 announcement playback for customer queue control.
  • Dual Laser customer detection system counts customers in and customers out to determine number of customers on premises.
  • Illuminated walking person symbol provides traffic light customer control.
  • Exclusively designed for Queue Master Ltd.
