Description
The WIOLink-Blue module is a feature packed transceiver capable of transferring IO over a wireless Bluetooth™ connection. In its most basic form the WIOLink-Blue can monitor up to eight (8) inputs, such as switches, sensors, relay contacts etc. and control up to eight (8) outputs such as lights, relays, motors etc. when paired with another Bluetooth™ device, i.e. PC with Bluetooth™ dongle. Alternatively two (2) WIOLink-Blue's may be paired together to provide IO mirroring in point-to-point applications with up to 250metres [line of sight] between them i.e. PLC feedback and control within a factory environment. The device also features an internal BASIC Stamp™ (24pin version) or compatible device socket for customer developed applications.
The unit is supplied in a DIN rail mountable enclosure, with internal RS232 port, 5-24VDC external power supply required.
