Tunnel LED Display This project was to allow the client to provide depth indication and drill completion indication to a tunnel drilling operator. Connected to a local laptop using Bluetooth wireless technology the LED display features super bright LED digits and is powered from a 110V mains supply. A built in lead-acid backup battery provides continued operation during mains failure. Manufactured on dual double-sided PCBs the product utilizes surface mount and conventional technology throughout. Shown with cockpit Bluetooth controller. |
